Surveyr @ Tech-Xpo
Last night, our Founder stepped onto the stage at Tech-Xpo 2025, hosted by SETsquared Bristol, a vibrant annual event where emerging startups pitch and demo their technologies to a live audience. Surveyr was honored to be among the selected ventures, presenting our first MVP: a mobile platform designed to use AI and computer vision to transform real-time building inspections.
The pitch itself? Equal parts exhilarating and nerve-wracking. In just 60 seconds, we distilled months of product strategy, technical pivots, and user research into a single elevator pitch. It was a challenge, but a useful one. It forced us to clarify our core value: giving surveyors and built environment professionals the tools they need to capture, analyse, and act on site data with speed and confidence.
Beyond the pitch, Tech-Xpo offered a rare opportunity to demo Surveyr in its earliest form. We spoke with surveyors, investors and other starups with each conversation helping us refine our roadmap and validate our direction. The feedback was honest, the questions sharp, and the connections invaluable.
We left the event with a growing network, fresh perspectives, and a sense of shared purpose. Surveyr isn’t just a product, it’s a response to real-world friction in inspection workflows. And last night proved that we’re not building in isolation. We’re building with, and for, a sector that’s ready for change.
Congratulations to Evex Digital Health, winner of ‘Best Elevator Pitch’. As for us, we’re back to building, testing, and listening. Surveyr’s future is modular, actionable, and full of momentum.
